Using AHNet to place your orders for ANY Telstra product can be as easy as filling in the Web Forms, signing the authorisation and faxing it back to AHNet, to a complex network design meeting as part of a consultancy.

Orders are placed electronically. They are logged by Telstra giving us a clear receipt date. We then receive a confirmation notice which includes, generally, service numbers and an appointment date for the installation.

AHNet will then ensure that the date is kept, and that all your technology requirements are ready and operational and that all equipment for IP, Frame Relay or ATM is correctly configured and that you have AHNet technical support at the time of the installation.
